Gain any experience with working with people, the more ages the better! Job Position Examples: Babysitter, caregiver, preschool floater, preschool teacher, Special Education Assistant, Special Education Teacher, Paraprofessonal, Teacher’s Aid, Coach, Customer service industry, etc.
Step 02
Become a Behavior Therapist/Behavior Technician and see if the field is a good fit for you.
Step 03
Become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Step 04
Work in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for a recomendation of ATLEAST 2 years.
Step 05
Choose an Applied Behavior Analysis Program to be eligible to become a BCBA
